Terms and Conditions:
Weekend Oman is an online brokerage platform for booking rest houses, farms, and chalets between owners and customers wishing to rent them. We are not responsible for what happens to the rest houses after the booking is completed; this is the responsibility of the rest house owner and the tenant.
Terms of Agreement
By accessing and using the Weekend Oman platform, you agree to accept all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, without any amendments, restrictions, or conditions. You also acknowledge and warrant your legal right to enter into this agreement and use the platform in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained therein. The terms and conditions and the privacy policy are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.
Data
We rely on the data provided by the owner of each rest house, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information and data provided in any way on the platform. While we make every effort to provide the service effectively, we cannot fully verify the accuracy and validity of the data.
Booking
Once you book a rest house, you acknowledge your full commitment to the terms and conditions of each rest house, farm, or chalet. The platform is not responsible for any consequences or implications arising from your failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the rest house, farm, or chalet you have booked.
Security Deposit
The platform is not responsible in any way for the security deposit, its value, receipt, delivery, or disposal. The security deposit and everything related to it fall outside the platform's management jurisdiction.
Reviews and Reviews
The platform does not guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the reviews and comments on each rest house, farm, or chalet. These are the opinions of the tenants of that rest house, farm, or chalet. The platform has no means of verifying the accuracy and reliability of the reviews and comments, whether positive or negative.
The commenter bears the consequences of any comment containing insults or using foul language.
Inside the Farm
Weekend Oman does not guarantee and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the unavailability of any of the services or facilities upon which the rest house was booked. Please contact the farm owner directly to file a complaint or contact the platform administration for assistance. We do not guarantee that you will receive what you desire, as the application administration acts as an intermediary to facilitate the reservation and payment process between the two parties.
Cancelling a Reservation
The reservation amount will be refunded in direct coordination with the farm, resort, or chalet owner. The platform disclaims any liability for any refund claims.
After the Reservation Ends
The platform offers a farm, resort, or chalet evaluation feature via the platform three (3) days after the reservation ends. You bear full responsibility for everything you enter in the evaluation.
Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
1. The accuracy, quality, completeness, or reliability of the information provided on the platform about the resort/farm or any third-party offers. 2. That the platform will be free from errors, viruses, hacks, ambiguities, or anything else unauthorized and beyond the control of the platform administration.
Liability:
We are not liable, under any circumstances (contractual, tortious, or otherwise) for any special, incidental, or indirect loss or damage, including losses resulting from the misuse of farm or rest house facilities. The tenant shall bear any consequences and fines resulting from such misuse.
Obligations of Rest House, Farm, and Chalet Owners
Fully comply with reservations made through the Weekend Oman platform and bear full responsibility for any breach of any reservation in any way. If the farm, chalet, or rest house owner fails to allow the customer/tenant to use the farm/rest house during the reservation period in any way, the Weekend Oman platform management has the right to deduct the full reservation amount, and the farm owner has no right to claim it.
We are committed to providing accurate and up-to-date data and information on the Weekend Oman platform to ensure the transparency of the information provided to tenants and platform users.
Reservation amounts will be transferred within 3 to 5 business days.
In the event of cancellation, the farm/restaurant owner is obligated to transfer the cancellation amount within 2 to 5 business days to ensure the rights of platform users. The farm/restaurant owner registered on the platform is obligated to update information for any reservations made outside the platform and must register directly on the platform to avoid any reservation conflicts with other Weekend Oman users.
